We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply click here to start the process and receive a free shipping label (available for U.S. orders only). Please review our guidelines below for a smooth experience.
Return Policy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, unless marked as Final Sale.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Items with tags not in their original position, as well as worn, altered, or washed merchandise, cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale on the website are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

Submit a Return Request: Start a return request by clicking here with your order number within 30 days of the shipment date.

View/Download Your Shipping Label: A pre-paid shipping label (for U.S. orders only) will be available upon submitting your Return Request. If you’re having any issues, please contact our customer service team at cs@johnmeyerofnorwich.com.

Send Your Package: Attach the return label and drop off the package at the nearest USPS location.
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Your refund will appear on your original payment method within 3-4 business days after processing. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, please follow the return policy and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges at this time.
