Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply click here to start the return process and receive a free shipping label (available for U.S. orders only). Please review the guidelines below for a smooth experience.


Return Policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 21 days of the shipment date.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Worn, washed, altered items, or items with tags removed or repositioned cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.


Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Start your return by clicking here and entering your order number within 21 days of the shipment date.

  2. Download Your Shipping Label
    A pre-paid USPS shipping label (U.S. orders only) will be available upon submitting your request.

  3. Send Your Package
    Attach the return label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.

  4. Processing & Refund
    Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
    After processing, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.


Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement.
We are not able to offer direct exchanges at this time.
